LM Consultants, Inc. is proud to announce that one of the many projects we have provided construction administration on was selected as the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Downtown Office Development of the Year.
155 North Wacker is a 46 story class A office tower in the heart of downtown Chicago’s business district. When it comes to downtown office buildings, 155 N. Wacker clearly stood above the rest. With a design that eliminated interior columns and was able to meet LEED-CS Silver precertification, this project represents an attractive and efficient addition to Chicago’s skyline.
